Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local government laws and regulations, as well as standards, policies and procedures of Interim Healthcare

Receives referral calls, documents and performs intake duties for client services, schedules care professionals for home care or staffing assignments

Maintains accuracy of data relating to client files

Reviews invoices for Accounts Payable and submits for payment

Promotes agency through marketing efforts and education of prospective and existing clients and referral sources

Ensures orders are filled by qualified personnel in a timely manner

Develops sound customer objectives and strategies

Identifies and meets/exceeds customer expectations

Maintains customer relationships in an ongoing effort to drive higher levels of customer satisfaction

Responsible for selecting, hiring, developing, evaluating, and retaining a qualified group of PC&SS CSRs and Support Specialists

Responsible for creating an environment that is conducive to individual and team growth among the employees through training and educational resources

Responsible for commuting to client’s home to conduct initial in-home assessment
