Responsibilities

Responsible for underwriting, sale and renewal of company offered insurance products

Responsible for underwriting and providing coverage for insured risks, prospecting new accounts and handling incoming calls and referrals from branches or other outside sources

Responsible to achieve sales goals

Develop local marketing strategies and ensure customer satisfaction

Identify and promote additional business opportunities for the insurance division and to other divisions within the company

Other duties as assigned

Required

Requires a College Degree and 4+ years in insurance industry with underwriting, sales and renewals

Insurance licensing required

Extensive knowledge of insurance underwriting, sales and renewals

Ability to assess risk needs of complex consumers and recommend insurance solutions

Ability to generate referrals
