Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Dedicated Infrastructure Planning and Delivery (Government Regions)
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world leader in providing cloud infrastructure solutions. They are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee data center infrastructure expansion projects for U.S. Government customers, leading cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery
Review demand forecasts for their assigned region to ensure that future builds are triggered on time
Ensure that design reviews are effectively conducted
Deep dive a material delivery issue that threatens their project schedule or resolve a technical challenge uncovered through execution
Balance ownership and holding partner teams to high standards of responsibility
Identify risks early and take action to mitigate them
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance
Experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives
Calibrated judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent and leadership
Fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
Demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking
Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint
Preferred
Master's degree or advanced professional certifications in management of complex, high-value technical infrastructure projects
Experience in managing data center infrastructure deployments
Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration
