Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist

Edikted is a rapidly growing fashion brand seeking a Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for its retail organization. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, partnering with retail leaders, and implementing scalable hiring strategies to support the brand's growth and performance goals.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for retail roles, including Store Associates, Supervisors, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers
Partner with Retail leaders to understand workforce needs, seasonal hiring demands, and long-term staffing plans
Support new store openings, expansions, and peak hiring periods with scalable recruiting strategies
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and events
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future retail hiring needs
Leverage employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality retail talent
Act as a trusted advisor to Store Managers and District leaders, providing guidance on role profiles, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions
Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection best practices
Drive accountability to hiring timelines, standards, and recruiting KPIs
Deliver a consistent, elevated candidate experience aligned with Edikted’s brand, values, and pace
Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the recruiting process
Serve as a brand ambassador for Edikted in all candidate and community interactions
Manage requisitions, candidates, and offers in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, and pipeline health
Partner with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding transitions and data integrity
Ensure hiring practices align with employment laws, internal policies, and DEI commitments
Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and audit-ready records
Support background checks, offer approvals, and pre-employment requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
4 - 6+ years of experience in retail talent acquisition or high-volume recruiting
Proven success recruiting for multi-location, fast-paced retail environments
Strong experience partnering with field leaders and managing multiple requisitions
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
