Responsibilities
Operate, clean, and maintain food production or packaging equipment
Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail
Track production using basic computer/data entry skills
Identify and report inconsistencies in materials, product flow, or equipment
Support barrel-washing and syrup handling operations
Collaborate with your team to keep lines running safely and smoothly
Cross-train to grow your skills and work in different areas of the facility
Qualification
Required
Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every day
Prior experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, or packaging is a plus
Comfortable working with machinery and following safety/quality procedures
Attention to detail and willingness to improve processes
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 10-hour shifts
Team-oriented and willing to cross-train
