Order Management Specialist
BlueAlly is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support Sellers across various business units and customers as the post-sales point of contact. The role involves performing quality control checks, managing vendor communications, and facilitating client order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Perform quality control check and verification on all BlueAlly Sales
Manage all vendor and post-order communications
Understand the complex ordering processes for various OEMs
Identify best way to fulfill a client order whether from inventory of internal BlueAlly stock or drop shipping from distributor
Perform administration duties, including quote/sales verification, purchase order management, handing returns, and coordinate deliveries
Understanding of best pricing practices and vendor options
Cloud License management: facilitate internal software deliveries and follow up with any related questions
Reporting, special projects, and tasks as requested by leadership
Qualification
Required
Process/Detail Oriented/Self Motivated
Ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks throughout the day based on business needs
Desire to learn about IT Products & Services
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook and Excel specifically)
Good work ethic, self-discipline, persistence, the ability to work independently or as a team
Demonstrate Excellent Communication & Customer Relationship Skills
Preferred
Experience with Supply Chain is strongly preferred
Some college and/or business courses preferred
