Responsibilities
Venue Pre-production (filling in tech requirement sheets, negotiating with technical staff from venues, find solutions to adapt our production to the venue)
Reduce costs related to equipment rental, venue requirements, etc
Adapt stage plans
Logistical tasks
Tasks related to playbacks/directory books
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in live entertainment production
Skills for advanced cooperation with venues
Experience in handling travel arrangements for A and B-level celebrity
Good knowledge and connections with vendors and staffing of all sorts, from venues to AV equipment to catering to talent
Project management abilities
Good knowledge of music, film, sport, or theatre industry
Strong feeling of personal responsibility, flexibility and proactivity, able to work in stressful situations
Availability to travel and go on tour
