Responsibilities
Draft, prepare, and finalize immigration applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal standards
Assist attorneys in building strong cases by gathering evidence, documenting information, and organizing case materials
Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies, including cross-service filings, while tracking critical deadlines and case-related tasks
Communicate with clients to obtain required information, provide case updates, and prepare them for interviews and hearings
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date electronic case files and internal databases
Support client relationship management by responding to inquiries and assisting with administrative communication tasks
Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain strict client confidentiality at all times
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Immigration Paralegal or in a similar legal support role
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish required)
Strong knowledge of immigration processes, forms, and filing procedures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and strict deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team
Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
