Responsibilities
Drive Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs to improve delivery performance, including backorders, stockouts/overages, lead time, and OTIF
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; develop strategies to drive cost savings and reduce lead times
Utilize lean thinking to identify, design, and implement process improvements
Drive agility in the Supply Chain through alternative sourcing or approved component substitutions
Support new product development
Maintain and support Master Data processes and initiatives
Provide support to cross functional partners as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field
10+ years of supply chain planning experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
Experience with managing global suppliers
Strong continuous improvement background with proven results in cost reduction, inventory optimization, or customer experience improvement
Hands-on leadership style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrates ownership and accountability
Effective planning and execution
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to lead and influence
Skilled in lean methodologies, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making, and data analysis
Capable of motivating teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
