Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries via electronic service requests and phone; it is important to gain a clear understanding of their request; answer questions and help
Stay organized while scheduling service requests to appropriate market
Produce invoice and/or service reports with correct charge and transmitting to customer within a timely manner
Maintain a record of all invoices/reports
Communicate effectively to technicians in the field as well as technical support staff in the office
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Assist with various projects that contribute to the ever-growing and evolving company (we want you to bring your own special skillset to the table)
Qualification
Required
Customer service
Experience in a Call Center
Strong work ethic
Team Player
Willing to learn
Strong skills in Microsoft and Google
Preferred
Automotive industry experience is a plus
