Attend instructional classes on SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7, Series 66, and California Depart of Insurance

Pass the series SIE, Series 7, Series 66 and California Department of Insurance within a 120 day period

Ability to follow policies, regulations, and procedures

Strong communication skills with integrity and professionalism with clients and partner employees

High motivation with ability to successfully meet team objectives while maintaining individual performance

Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide recommendations on products and services to customers
