Responsibilities
Day-to-day job responsibilities will be based on the immediate needs of BFI
Pending good performance, opportunity may exist for an intern to focus on an area of his or her interest
Example areas include: property underwriting, borrower underwriting, market research, valuation processes, closing processes, information technology systems, and financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Open to current students as well as recent graduates
Please include GPA with resume submission and any standardized test scores or other achievements that you feel are relevant
No experience required although preference given to those with demonstrated interest in real estate
Attention to detail and solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal skills
Ambitious, team-player attitude
Familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook
