LHH is seeking a Knowledge Management Data Steward to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and structure of transactional data across internal systems. The role involves overseeing Corporate Transactions data, maintaining accurate information, conducting audits, and collaborating with various teams to verify data points.

Responsibilities

Oversee Corporate Transactions data (M&A, finance, capital markets, regulatory matters)
Maintain accurate client, matter, deal, and regulatory data
Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies
Design and enforce metadata models, taxonomies, and tagging structures
Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to verify data points
Track external deal data and maintain real-time dashboards
Support system migrations and data clean-up efforts
Assist with due diligence and regulatory submissions
Partner with KM, Information Governance, and Records teams

Required

3+ years of experience in data stewardship, corporate paralegal work, legal operations, or KM within a law firm
Strong understanding of transactional workflows and regulatory filings
Experience with legal tech platforms (Intapp, Foundation, document management systems)
Exceptional accuracy, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote flexible environment

Preferred

Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other data tools (a plus)
