Responsibilities
Understand IAM landscape including IGA, SSO, SAML, OIDC, Privileged Access, and Service Accounts
Partner with customer teams to roll out and integrate SaaS offerings across multiple groups
Troubleshoot and debug production issues using server logs and browser developer tools; identify root causes
Collaborate with offshore teams to translate and resolve customer issues
Develop scripts in Python and/or Node.js for data processing and automation tasks
Work with AWS services and maintain familiarity with cloud environments
Apply deep knowledge of PKI, SSL, certificates, and digital signatures
Quickly learn product features and perform minor code changes or releases when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols
Hands-on experience with scripting (Python, Node.js)
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based architectures
Solid grasp of PKI, SSL, and related security principles
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
