Responsibilities
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, personnel record maintenance, and employee relations
Execute payroll accurately and on time
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing processes
Prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile accounts, and assist with journal entries, budgets, and audits
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Maintain and distribute facility sales and operational reports
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements and support annual employee training programs
Assist with IT system maintenance and support
Plan employee meetings, events, and social functions as needed
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Accounting or related field with 5+ years of experience
Strong accounting and HR experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Professional, collaborative, and adaptable with a positive attitude
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
