They are seeking a Data Analytics Associate to transform project and community data into actionable insights, working across various departments to support client reporting and identify trends.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards that track project performance, outreach activity, and campaign impact
Analyze data from community engagement efforts (events, surveys, canvassing, digital campaigns)
Translate raw data into clear insights for clients, project managers, and executives
Support monthly and quarterly reporting for public-sector clients
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across programs and campaigns
Help standardize metrics and KPIs across projects
Assist in building internal systems for data consistency and quality
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align analytics with storytelling
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, research, or a related field
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
Comfort working with messy, real-world data
Ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
Interest in public affairs, communications, infrastructure, or social impact work
Preferred
Experience with survey data, CRM systems, or outreach metrics is a plus
Familiarity with digital analytics (Google Analytics, social metrics, SEO data) is a plus
