Specialist, Business Operations
Foundation for California Community Colleges is dedicated to enhancing the California Community Colleges system. The Business Operations Specialist will ensure efficient workforce processes, manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, and support client engagement activities.

Responsibilities
Implement & assist in planning of the Client Experience & Engagement Plan
Lead the improvement of current client engagement activities including Communities of Practice, onboarding, training, check-ins, and site visits
Apply project management methodologies to oversee high-volume, high-risk workforce processes, including the onboarding and offboarding of ~4,000 employees
Lead biannual regression testing and validation for Workday enhancements
Track and analyze KPI’s
Lead internal professional development sessions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in client-facing operations, workforce administration, HR operations or related fields
Proficient in Workday CRM
Skilled in Salesforce, including Builder and Case Management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Experience in workforce development, community college systems, or nonprofit environments
Experience with EOR, staffing operations, or regulated workforce environments
