Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, engaged, and positive work environment

Ensuring compliance with operational standards

Create and maintain strong relationships with external customers/vendors including Insurance Companies, Towing Vendors & Buyers

Design more efficient ways of processing work

Resolve branch-level employee issues and team issues

Actively enforce company policy, reporting or responding appropriately to all violations or reports of violations

Recommend or perform personnel actions such as salary increases, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary action

Collaborate effectively with various internal departments including HR, Corporate teams, and the Sales/Remarketing groups

Support the ISO external assessments and internal and external audits as required
