The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities

Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies

With assistance from operational and accounting managers, ensure the accuracy of A/P GL and Budget records

Vendor Management

Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate records of transactions

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

Invoice Matching to Purchase Orders

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies related to invoices or payments

Processing Check Payments

Participate in month-end closing processes
