Responsibilities
Own product features from discovery through delivery
Work closely with engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, and ship high-quality releases
Translate complex, real-world workflows into simple, scalable product experiences
Partner with leadership to shape roadmap priorities based on customer needs and business goals
Talk directly with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions
Continuously improve existing features based on usage, feedback, and performance
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or workflow-driven products
Strong ability to break down complex processes into clear product requirements
Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, leadership, and customers
Ability to prioritize effectively and make tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who can align stakeholders around product decisions
Preferred
Aviation experience is a plus, but not required
