Talent Acquisition Director

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for new consultant candidates, from initial outreach/ sourcing through placement
Conduct high-quality screening calls to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural alignment
Build and maintain a robust, diversified pipeline of ready-to-deploy consultants within assigned areas of ownership
Drive candidate generation through, ongoing re-engagement, LinkedIn sourcing, referral cultivation, targeted outbound activity, inbound applicant screening
Proactively engage passive candidates to ensure forward-looking pipeline health
Maintain ongoing relationships with high-potential candidates even when they are not yet actively job-seeking
Serve as a frontline ambassador of Evergreen’s mission, values, and consultant-first culture
Clearly articulate Evergreen’s story, partnership model, and value proposition to candidates
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience built on transparency, responsiveness, and trust
Maintain professionalism and consistency in all candidate communications
Evaluate candidate quality and thoroughly document screening notes in HubSpot (ATS)
Partner with candidates to identify aligned opportunities and submit qualified candidates within 24 hours of job opening whenever possible
Guide candidates through the full interview, selection, offer, and onboarding process with clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle
Actively manage Evergreen’s job board and prioritize immediate response to newly opened roles
Match candidates to open positions with speed, precision, and care
Ensure rapid submission of qualified candidates to support client delivery expectations
Balance high-volume activity with high-quality curation of talent
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete candidate and consultant records in HubSpot
Track all activity including outreach, screens, submissions, interviews, and placement outcomes
Use data to inform pipeline health, candidate readiness, and placement velocity
Support reporting efforts as requested by leadership
Collaborate closely with Client Partnership and Consultant Engagement leaders to support consultant extensions, identify upcoming redeployment opportunities, minimize bench time and attrition
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and consultants about new opportunities, market conditions, client feedback related to selection and interviews
Participate in daily/weekly recruitment operating rhythms
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and best practices
Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

Participate in or lead cross-functional projects
Coordinate and support company-wide programs and special projects
Serve as subject matter expert for your team and role
Support colleagues and Evergreen’s growth by participating in hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and other duties as assigned
Participate in the development, documentation, and improvement of processes, procedures, and policies, in alignment with Evergreen’s mission and values
Assist and back up other colleagues when necessary
Embrace change as Evergreen scales systems and processes
Attend Evergreen’s in-person annual retreat one time per year
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare staffing business
Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
High attention to detail, including strong time management, analytical, organizational, and active listening skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across levels to align and motivate a cross-functional team
Skilled in planning, organizing resources, and establishing priorities for multiple work assignments
Demonstrated willingness to contribute ideas and challenge processes to drive improvements
Consistently act with urgency and persuasion
Thrive and be proactive in a fast-paced environment with a fair amount of ambiguity and shifting priorities
Build rapport and credibility with a wide-range of individuals in a short period of time
Maintain composure and a positive attitude when challenged or presented with feedback
Put forth consistent effort and successfully complete assigned tasks in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
Preferred
Experience using an Application Tracking System
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with Epic and Epic's staffing needs
