Responsibilities

Support a culture that is consistent with 6 Degrees Health values and beliefs

Adhere to patient confidentiality requirements and other company policies

Work with the business to comprehend, document and optimize business processes and procedures

Facilitate daily scrum meetings and agile planning with the technology team based on business requests

Manage business automation and efficiency requirements

Facilitate requirement prioritization and communication to business and IT

Find business process inefficiencies, make recommendations on business process optimization and system/tool design

Implement and train business on business process

Perform user acceptance testing on technology implementations

Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects

Articulate ROI and overall business value for use in product prioritization

Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints

Responsible for overseeing completion of the overall vision of the product, from design to development to deployment

Responsible for understanding what content is required for each phase of the digital project pipeline and creating the product’s requirements

Creating product roadmaps, key phases and assignments

Tracking product schedules / scope and project budget; proactively communicating the project status and navigating solutions to any upcoming problems

Recording, distributing, tracking, and following up on documentation from customer engagements

Arranging and facilitating in-person and virtual meetings with clients and internal teams

Oversee sprint cycles, including backlog item tracking and assisting teams to meet sprint goals

A strong advocate and representative for the end-user; which may include conducting end-user testing / surveys and iterating on the information received from the end-user

Leading project wrap-up discussions and documenting close-out

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Previous experience as a product owner or project manager

Experience facilitating daily scrum meetings and spring planning

Ability to query data tables with SQL and perform data analysis

Background in business analysis and problem solving

Healthcare background required

Excellent project and time management skills

Excellent verbal, and written communication skills

A familiarity with existing workflows for software product management (e.g. Jira)

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software delivery methodologies

The ability to do design thinking with strong administrative and organizational skills

Proven organizational and prioritization skills with an ability to operate in ambiguous situations

Demonstrates ability to quickly learn adapt new ideas and processes

Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency standards consistently

Ability to effectively adapt in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Ability to proactively drive and facilitate quick resolution to problems

Strong business process orientation

Self-motivated and good work ethic with a winning, can-do, positive attitude

Must have the ability to read and understand various process flows and procedures

Strong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be willing and able to work a 5-day schedule and additional hours beyond regularly scheduled shift to cover vacancies, if necessary

Must be able to sit or stand for two hours at a time

Must be able to operate computers and phones to support position requirements

Strong Microsoft Office Skills are a must

Preferred

Agile/Scrum or PMP certification strongly preferred
