Responsibilities
Defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court
Managing a diverse and challenging caseload
Engaging in civil litigation and mortgage litigation defense matters
Qualification
Required
Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing
Available for some in-person workdays at the Boston, MA office to foster collaboration and team engagement
2-4 years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
Experience in mortgage litigation defense matters
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required
Preferred
Additional admission to the Rhode Island, New Hampshire or Connecticut Bar is strongly preferred
