Responsibilities
Prepare and support project estimates, validating pricing, quantities, and efficiencies
Collaborate on project cost and scope reviews
Lead project meetings to align on scope, schedule, and expectations
Schedule and facilitate meetings with customers, contractors, and vendors
Recruit and maintain contractor relationships aligned with Renovia standards
Monitor project financials, including profit, loss, expenditures, and cash flow
Allocate resources efficiently and adjust plans as needed
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Share estimating responsibilities during peak or seasonal demand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
3–6 years of construction experience (painting experience preferred, not required)
Estimating experience
Ability to plan, budget, and manage projects end to end
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel overnight during busy seasons (approximately 1–2 nights per week)
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or project management software
Demonstrates a hungry, humble, and smart mindset
