Responsibilities

Process skip a pays and extensions

Process past due consumer and mortgage loan payments, charge off recovery transactions and collection fees

Processes check by phones, cash advances

Prepare, process, and mail Collection letters including batch letters for Mortgage and Consumer Loss Mitigation

Organize and distribute incoming mail, maintain mail logs, and process all returned mail

Assist with month end reports and status reporting to all investors as needed

Creates and manages, with guidance from collections managers, department policies and procedures

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Customer serviceMicrosoft OfficeDatabase softwareFinancial institution experienceBasic regulatory knowledge

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year experience within a financial institution

Basic knowledge of all applicable regulations that pertain to this position

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software
