Responsibilities
Lead construction projects from initial kickoff through closeout, ensuring successful delivery
Facilitate planning sessions with internal partners to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and performance goals
Track progress against schedules and objectives, adjusting plans as conditions change
Identify risks and issues early, working with cross functional teams to resolve challenges efficiently
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and support forecasting and financial analysis
Provide clear and consistent status updates to sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams
Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting tools
Assign resources appropriately and guide team members through each phase of the project
Coach and support team members by providing feedback and sharing best practices
Capture lessons learned and apply insights from past projects to improve future outcomes
Qualification
Required
Three to five years of experience managing construction or field based projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfort working in a dynamic, fast paced field environment
Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects of varying size and complexity
