Responsibilities
Prepare bankruptcy fee applications, including monthly, interim, and final submissions
Draft and organize bankruptcy court filings and related materials
Support lien searches, analyses, schedules, and statements of financial affairs
Prepare proofs of claim and reconcile filed and scheduled claims
Track statutory and case deadlines and prepare related memoranda
Apply and interpret local bankruptcy rules across jurisdictions
Coordinate with clients and financial advisors and prepare monthly operating reports
Prepare ballot packages, including tabulation, certification, charts, and tally reports
Perform additional tasks as required in support of restructuring matters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of direct bankruptcy or restructuring paralegal experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
Proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
High level of discretion with confidential information
Solid understanding of legal concepts and factual analysis
Advanced technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

Elite or comparable timekeeping software
