Responsibilities
To make every customer excited to use Auto Glass Now
Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for all customer’s glass needs
Answer phones and return customer calls
Provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail
Ensure accuracy when booking all appointments
Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
Confirm all customer information is correct before booking
Be professional and have a positive attitude
Qualification
Required
Must have a sales background for the experienced pay
Must have a positive attitude and customer service
Must have basic computer skills
Must have strong communication skills
Home Internet
Must have open availability including Holidays and weekends (OT pay for holidays)
Comfortable working a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!
