Responsibilities
Maintain and care for therapy equipment and supplies
Track and recommend supply/equipment needs
Safely and efficiently operate all therapy equipment
Support therapy procedures as outlined in resident care plans
Assist with resident assessments and documentation
Collaborate with the MDS team on therapy care plans
Provide therapy treatments as directed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
CNA certification preferred
Prior experience as a Rehabilitation Tech preferred
Experience in long-term care or a nursing home setting a plus
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred
