Global Recruiters of Buckhead is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead, innovate, and grow the Atlanta presence for a premier multidisciplinary firm. In this role, you will architect complex electrical power systems and serve as a strategic partner, mentoring a team and engaging directly with clients in critical sectors like Healthcare and Federal Government.

Responsibilities

Architect Complex Systems: Design and manage multiple concurrent electrical power systems for Industrial, Healthcare, and Federal projects
Be the Face of the Firm: Work directly with architects and owners, driving technical proposals and marketing the firm’s capabilities
Build a Legacy: Mentor a dedicated team of electrical professionals in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Model the Future: Utilize SKM or ETAP to perform deep-dive analysis and ensure compliance with high-stakes codes (NEC, IEEE, NESC)

Qualification

Professional Engineer (PE)SKMETAPAutoCADRevitConsulting engineering experiencePower Industry experienceLighting designProject Management (PMP)Local industry involvementMentoringCollaboration

Required

B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
Active registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering
10 to 15 years of consulting engineering experience, specifically in the Power Industry
High proficiency in SKM, ETAP, AutoCAD, and Revit
Proven design background in Industrial, Healthcare, Federal, or Higher Education projects

Preferred

Experience in lighting design or specialized systems (Telecom, A/V, Cybersecurity)
Established relationships with local Atlanta AHJs and active local industry involvement
Project Management certifications (PMP)
