Responsibilities

Facilitate dynamic and effective sales training in both in-person and virtual classroom settings

Develop and deliver blended learning programs that drive adoption of proven sales methodologies

Coach and support sales managers and sales teams post-training to ensure sustained behavior change

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales leadership, product, marketing, and enablement to embed training into daily workflows

Monitor and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify and overcome adoption barriers

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create impactful learning experiences

Contribute subject matter expertise to projects that integrate sales training into operational processes

Required

Requires a bachelor's in Finance, Business or a related field and 4+ years of commercial lending, credit, banking, sales training practices and procedures or other directly related experience

Experienced facilitator with strong communication and coaching skills

Background in training, learning & development, or sales enablement

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using data to inform decisions

Someone who values integrity, sound judgment, and professional ethics
