We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Project Engineering Intern to gain professional experience while enrolled in college. The role involves supporting multi-disciplinary project managers in the design and construction of projects to improve gas and electric distribution systems, while developing project management skills.

Support staff on projects while developing technical expertise, interpersonal/communication skills, and project management skills

Data analysis / data entry to help develop better project cost estimates

Project Management support

Participate in site visits to enhance learning

Assist in managing small projects

Procedure reviews and updates

High School Diploma, GED, or HSED

Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or related Degrees with a graduation date after July 2026
