HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, while serving as a strategic partner to leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of human resource strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding HR matters
Administer and manage employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave programs
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure Netchex is current and compliant
Provide ongoing training to management on HR policies and best practices
Assist with policy creation, updates, and internal communication
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to balance strategic projects with hands-on execution
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with HR software systems (e.g., Netchex or similar)
Preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
Experience managing HR for multi-location teams preferred
