Responsibilities
Lead in: Strategic Sourcing, Procure, Expenses & Supplier Accounts
Understand customer business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers
Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday
Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
Provide project managers with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status
Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices
Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production
Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset
Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
Help mentor new and junior consultants and serve as a professional role model
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Workday Financials consulting with proficiency in Strategic Sourcing, Procure, Expenses & Supplier Accounts
Demonstrated expertise leading and deploying Strategic Sourcing, Procure, Expenses & Supplier Accounts
A background in Finance and Accounting
Experience deploying Workday, Ellucian, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
Preferred
Higher Ed (college/university) experience
Active Workday Financials partner certifications
