Forvia is a sustainable mobility technology leader seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Law Intern to join their in-house legal team. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate law, where the intern will assist with managing corporate records, drafting legal documents, and supporting compliance and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing corporate books and records
Help with drafting and reviewing corporate resolutions, powers of attorney, memos, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and provide summaries on various corporate law topics
Support the legal team in compliance and regulatory matters
Participate in meetings and provide input on legal strategies and decisions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal requirements are met

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
Some experience in corporate law, either through coursework, internships, or other relevant experiences

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
