Conduct 20–25 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates (primarily RNs)
Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
Deliver a clear, compelling overview of the opportunity and what to expect next
Schedule same-day or next-day interviews with Senior Recruiters
Collaborate closely with senior team members to refine messaging and improve efficiency

Required

3–5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both)
Ability to conduct 20–25 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates (primarily RNs)
Ability to assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
Ability to deliver a clear, compelling overview of the opportunity and what to expect next
Ability to schedule same-day or next-day interviews with Senior Recruiters
Ability to collaborate closely with senior team members to refine messaging and improve efficiency
Ability to communicate clearly and warmly, especially on Zoom
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment and able to pivot quickly without time-loss
Proven track record of consistency in hitting numbers
Strong professional judgment and ability to identify red flags or alignment issues within the first several minutes of the interview
Ambition to grow and hunger to learn
Ability to thrive in a strong, team-centered environment
