Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and improve core IT systems, including Google Workspace, device management (JAMF), and GCP cloud infrastructure
Partner with People and Talent on onboarding and offboarding, hardware provisioning, and access management for a growing, global team
Manage tools like VPN, password management, and endpoint security; ensure systems are patched, monitored, and compliant with internal security standards
Serve as a primary point of contact for IT issues, supporting teammates via Slack, email, and video
Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories and help administer our collaboration stack (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Asana)
Keep systems documentation up to date and share regular updates on system health, risks, and improvements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support in a fast-moving environment (startup or high-growth experience is a plus)
Comfort supporting macOS environments, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting
Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and deep familiarity with MDM workflows
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter who can prioritize a diverse workload and manage the IT roadmap independently
Preferred
Hands-on experience with JAMF, BetterCloud, 1Password, and GitHub
Proficiency in managing enterprise environments for Slack, Asana, Chrome, and Microsoft Office
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and HRIS automation tools like Rippling
