Responsibilities

Sell Johnson Controls’ security and fire offerings to contractors, consultants, and designers, positioning our solutions as essential to modern building design
Identify and pursue high-value engagements, managing multiple opportunities and delivering results that align with customer goals
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, listening actively and offering solutions that deliver measurable value
Promote renewable service agreements as a foundation for long-term customer success and satisfaction
Apply your technical and business knowledge to match solutions to customer needs, positioning Johnson Controls as their preferred partner
Ensure customers receive maximum value from our offerings, from initial engagement through final delivery and training

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience selling enterprise-level security and fire solutions
Familiarity with fire protection systems such as Edwards EST, Honeywell, or Simplex
Strong initiative, integrity, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
