Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing creators, brand fans, and community members
Engage daily with our audience across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms—responding to comments, DMs, and conversations in an authentic, on-brand way
Identify and nurture brand advocates, repeat engagers, and emerging creators who align with Persona’s values
Support creator seeding, gifting, and follow-ups with a relationship-first mindset
Be a friendly, consistent presence for creators and community members—someone people recognize and trust
Help foster two-way conversations and encourage meaningful engagement (not just likes)
Monitor feedback, sentiment, and recurring questions, and share insights with the broader team
Surface community stories, UGC, and testimonials that can be used across social, marketing, and retail
Assist with planning and executing in-person moments such as pop-ups, events, store activations, or small community gatherings
Help grow local creator and customer communities, especially in key markets
Act as a brand representative at events—connecting with creators, customers, and partners in person
Support post-event follow-up to continue building relationships beyond the event
Work closely with Social, PR, Retail, and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless community experience
Help support retail launches and in-store initiatives through creator and community engagement
Stay tapped into beauty trends, creator culture, and what resonates with our audience

Required

1–4 years of experience in community, social, creator, or brand roles (beauty or lifestyle preferred)
Strong people skills—you genuinely enjoy building relationships and staying in touch
Solid understanding of creator culture and how to build long-term partnerships (not just one-off posts)
Excellent communication skills with a warm, natural tone
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once

Preferred

Interest or experience with events, pop-ups, or IRL brand activations is a big plus
Based in or near Los Angeles preferred
