Responsibilities
Serve as the primary NetSuite functional and technical consultant for ongoing enhancements, configuration, and system optimization
Lead NetSuite customization efforts, including workflows, saved searches, forms, fields, and role/permission management (basic SuiteScript familiarity preferred)
Analyze, streamline, and improve existing NetSuite processes to drive efficiency across Finance, Operations, and Sales
Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, translating business requirements into effective system solutions
Support data migration, validation, and cleanup initiatives as needed
Provide best-practice recommendations for NetSuite architecture, module utilization, and scalability to support future growth
Design, build, and maintain Dell Boomi integrations, ensuring reliable data flow between NetSuite, Salesforce, and other internal systems
Develop and enhance Boomi processes, including complex mappings, transformations, error handling, and retry logic
Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure integrations align with business workflows and data governance standards
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions
Document integration designs, mappings, and deployment procedures following best practices
Optimize existing Boomi integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Qualification
Required
