Senior Clinical Business Analyst

The Sr Clinical Business Analyst will perform detailed requirements analysis, documentation, and user acceptance testing while supporting clinical subject matter knowledge for new and existing technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and document clinical business requirements and workflows based on research protocols
Define patient value sets to support research protocols and cohort identification
Translate requirements into product designs, configurations, and use cases
Partner with Data Science teams on AI-driven clinical data extraction; validate accuracy and improve dataset quality and completeness for analytics and Life Sciences use cases
Work with healthcare data models and research datasets using SQL and other common querying methods
Understand and apply medical coding systems (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, etc.) to ensure accurate representation of clinical events and standardized data across workflows
Understand technologies that support modernized solution design
Present requirements and process flow to stakeholders and support testing and documentation
Review vendor-provided documentation and user manuals to support product solutions
Qualification
Required
Clinical Degree, Certification and/or License
Appropriate healthcare background
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree and/or other relevant combination of training and experience
4-7 years relevant work experience
5-10 years practical experience in providing business process and functional support for assigned product
