Machining --- ie. Sonic Welder, Tubing Cutter

Port Pad Production (Assembly)

Port Pad Pouching

Kitting Production

Non-Sterile Foam Pouching

Product Labeling and Packaging (Includes Label Printing)

Y Connector Production

Extension, Internal, Exhaust Tubing Production

Cleanse Port Pad Production

Bridge Foam / Kit Production

Product Inspection or Testing (Including Leak Testing or Pull Testing)

General Housekeeping

Other Duties As May Be Assigned by the Production Manager, Or By Management

Perform daily responsibilities related to all production tasks or activities

Meet daily goals pertaining to the assembly and/or the production of goods for Cork Medical Products

Maintain cleanliness in all manufacturing areas including the warehouse

Follow all gowning requirements, personal protective equipment (PPE), safety requirements, and cleanliness & hygiene requirements

Perform NISUS, TOUCH, ONE or VERSA Pump Assembly / Production

Handle RMA's for any pump

Operate machining equipment such as Sonic Welder and Tubing Cutter

Conduct Port Pad Production (Assembly)

Perform Port Pad Pouching

Engage in Kitting Production

Conduct Non-Sterile Foam Pouching

Handle Product Labeling and Packaging (Includes Label Printing)

Perform Y Connector Production

Engage in Extension, Internal, Exhaust Tubing Production

Conduct Cleanse Port Pad Production

Engage in Bridge Foam / Kit Production

Perform Product Inspection or Testing (Including Leak Testing or Pull Testing)

Maintain General Housekeeping

Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Production Manager or by management

Report any safety issues or concerns surrounding equipment to the manager or a member of management

Notify the Production Manager and the Director of Operations for any requests to manufacture product or perform work that deviates from policies and procedures

Use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear

Sit or stand for periods of time

Push, pull, or lift objects up to 50 lbs

Use a ladder

Have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
