Responsibilities
Systematically organize received assets to meet stringent ingestion standards
Conduct detailed reviews and audits of assets and metadata, adhering to specific acquisition guidelines
Monitor and report on asset volume targets across various parameters, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders
Collaborate with Content teams to identify and rectify issues, driving workflow enhancements
Engage in cross-functional partnerships to efficiently surface assets within client's applications according to their needs
Qualification
Required
Excel (Advanced)
Digital Asset Management (Intermediate)
Data visualization (Intermediate)
Scripting (Experienced)
Licensing and rights (Advanced)
Profound expertise in advanced Excel usage
Knowledge in Tableau, PowerBI, or Amplitude for synthesizing data into coherent narratives
A solid grasp on Adobe Creative applications with an enthusiasm for content creation processes
Background in asset management, content creation, or related fields
Familiarity with the stock industry, digital media, or content platforms is beneficial
