Responsibilities

Lead the future of Revenue Cycle Excellence at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, MD

Undertake a key leadership role supporting all front-end and back office revenue cycle processes which enable JHHS to achieve its overall strategic and financial goals

Establish and ensure adherence to JHM enterprise wide policies as well as implement best practices and initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimize the patient’s financial interaction along the care continuum

Develop and harmonize onsite cash management activities across Johns Hopkins Health System, including management of patient valuables, departmental deposits, and compliant financial teller protocols

Required
