The role involves collaborating with the Founder to develop brand voice, produce content, and build marketing momentum through storytelling and community engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop content concepts + monthly storytelling plans
Shoot + edit weekly video/photo creative (Reels/TikTok/IG)
Write copy across social, email, SMS + landing pages
Help shape brand narrative from pause → rebirth → activation
Build + nourish relationships with yogis, creators + micro-ambassadors
Co-create system + content rhythm that supports long-term growth
Qualification
Required
Passionate about hot yoga and understands sweat, somatic movement, and how content drives commerce
Ability to develop content concepts and monthly storytelling plans
Experience in shooting and editing weekly video/photo creative (Reels/TikTok/IG)
Proficient in writing copy across social, email, SMS, and landing pages
Ability to help shape brand narrative from pause to rebirth to activation
Skill in building and nourishing relationships with yogis, creators, and micro-ambassadors
Experience in co-creating systems and content rhythms that support long-term growth
Practices hot yoga and understands embodied movement and sweat
Hybrid strategist and creator (ideas and execution)
Loves content that feels soulful, elevated, and emotionally resonant
Energized by startup energy and creative rebuild culture
LA-based or able to be present for shoots
