Qualification
Required
A proven systematic trading strategy with live track record or robust backtests
Technical capability in Python, R, C++, or similar quantitative languages
Product vision – willingness to be the founder and driving force behind your product
Current infrastructure limitations – Excel models, fragmented scripts, manual processes keeping you from scaling
3+ years of systematic trading or quantitative research experience
Deep understanding of market microstructure, execution, or portfolio construction
Your intellectual property and trading edge
Domain expertise in your specific market or approach
Commitment to building something institutional-grade
Preferred
Experience at hedge funds, prop shops, market makers, or HFT firms (helpful but not required)
