Provide continuity from change planning through hands-on implementation oversight
Operate independently alongside other team members across all critical path initiatives
Ensure effective adoption, stakeholder alignment, and sustained outcomes
Qualification
Required
8+ years leading OCM workstream on large, multi-workstream programs
Public sector transformation experience (state preferred)
OCM Experience from planning through implementation oversight
Prior OCM Lead on efforts with delivery accountability
Working on communications and messaging across multiple projects in parallel
Stakeholder analysis and engagement at enterprise scale
Change impact assessments tied to future-state processes
OCM (Communications, Engagement, Sponsorship, Training) strategy execution aligned to program/project roadmaps
Committee and workgroup support
Executive-ready updates and materials
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Preferred
PROSCI certification
PMP or project-management-adjacent certification
