Responsibilities

Source, attract, and engage healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, caregivers, therapists, etc.) through job boards, databases, social media, and referrals

Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidate skills and compliance with healthcare requirements

Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure strong engagement and retention

Balance candidate sourcing and client relationship management simultaneously

Collaborate with compliance and payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding and assignment transitions

Track and manage recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM

Strong recruiting experience and a proven ability to build relationships

Strong background in talent acquisition within the healthcare sector

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

Ability to source, interview, and place qualified candidates in various healthcare positions

Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor (not a W-2 employee)

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously

Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and common sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on relationship management and employee evaluation

Excellent communication skills
