ThreatSTOP, Inc. is a cybersecurity company dedicated to providing organizations with advanced protection against cyber threats. They are seeking a detail-oriented SaaS Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and support for month-end close activities.

Responsibilities

Perform daily bookkeeping (invoicing, AR, collections)
Perform daily bookkeeping payables processing
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and HubSpot
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Support month-end close activities
Track SaaS subscriptions, licenses, and basic KPIs
Assist with cleanup projects and process improvements
Support the SaaS accountant and leadership team as needed
Office Administration

Required

3+ years of bookkeeping experience (SaaS experience required)
Strong QuickBooks experience
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/billing tools
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working independently
Must be located near Carlsbad, CA
Strong understanding of SAAS revenue recognition, subscription billing, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with expertise in platforms like QuickBooks and HubSpot or similar systems
Ability to perform financial reconciliations and analyze accounting data
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams

Preferred

Prior experience in the SAAS industry or working in a technology-driven company is highly beneficial
