Responsibilities

Serve clients in a high impact manner, demonstrating command of gift and estate matters

Demonstrate deep technical skills

Excel at engagement management and operational excellence

Support our national team with complex gift and estate reviews, consultation and planning

Lead engagement teams and provide technical instruction

Manage client relationships and engagement metrics. Experience mentoring and developing associates/seniors from a technical and career perspective preferred

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required

10 years of experience serving in a tax role required

CPA certification. JD or EA (Enrolled Agent) may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification required

Deep technical knowledge of gift and estate tax, including compliance and consulting

Preferred

Experience mentoring and developing associates/seniors from a technical and career perspective preferred
